What’s included:

  • Personal Consultation:
    We start by getting to know you—your style, eye shape, features, lifestyle, and what you actually want from your lashes. No one-size-fits-all.

  • Tailored Design:
    Want something bold? Soft and wispy? Just let me know the look or vibe you’re after. You can even upload your own inspiration pics, or let me work my magic and recommend what will suit you best. No more picking volumes or technical terms—just what feels right for you.

  • Pre-Appointment Customisation:
    To make your set truly yours, you’ll have the option to attach a face-forward photo and any inspiration images when you book. This helps me prep your design and give you the most flattering result possible.

  • Premium Application:
    I’ll use top-quality products and advanced techniques to create lashes that feel light, last long, and look like you, only elevated.

  • Easy Aftercare:
    You’ll leave with simple aftercare tips

How to Book:

  1. Book your Cater 2U slot—that’s it. No more selecting styles or volumes .
  2. Share your preferences: If you have a dream look or favourite style, upload inspiration photos, add any descriptions you'd like in the appointment section
  3. (optional ) Attach a clear, face-forward selfie so I can analyse your features and fully customise your set prior. Don't forget to read the policy!
  4. Show up and relax! Your perfect lashes are on the way.

Booking Policies

Dear valued client, Thank you for booking with us.We can't wait to welcome you! Please review our booking policies and information for a smooth experience. These booking Policies include both for PSC Academy and Services. Upon Deposit payment you are agreeing you have read and agree to the policy stated for both services and academy

Deposit Requirement:

A non-refundable deposit of €35 is mandatory for all appointments.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash on the day of the appointment before the scheduled service.

Payment Options

Only cash is accepted, and exact change is appreciated.

Card payments are accepted with a €5 additional charge if cash is not available.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling is allowed before 48 hours with the same deposit.

Visuals and Content Agreement

By booking, you agree to the use of visuals and content for social media, advertising, and promotional materials.

Rescheduling by the Service Provider

Rescheduling, if necessary, will be communicated at least 1 hour before the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.Wether PSC Lashes cancels or reschedules an alternative appointment will always be offered

Late Arrival Policy

A €10 late fee applies for appointments delayed by 10 minutes.Appointments are automatically canceled if delayed by 15 minutes or more.

Cancellation Fees

If an appointment is canceled due to lateness or same-day cancellation, a 50% service fee is required to be paid this does not include the deposit

PSC ACADEMY

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits paid to secure your spot in any course are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to cover administrative and preparation costs for your training.

The deposit is required to secure your spot in the course and will be deducted from the total course fee.

 Agreement to Policy By paying the deposit, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all the policies outlined here by PSC Academy. 

It is the student's responsibility to read and understand all policies.

 Payment RequirementsThe remaining balance for the course must be paid in full on the day of the training. Failure to complete payment may result in exclusion from the course and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation and ReschedulingCancellations by the student within 3 weeks of course date are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. Not rescheduling.

. Certification RequirementsTo receive certification, students must complete the full course and meet the required standards during practical assessments.

Emergency / Out of Hours Appointments

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time incur an additional €25 charge.

Appointments before 11am , are out of hours and will incur n additional charge of +€25 


Emergency last minute appointments , national holidays and all squeeze ins out of normal working hours incur an additional €25 charge

All national holiday appointments incur €25 charge
